People seek out therapy for a variety of reasons. Some may start to help with life changes, like graduating from college, some may want support in specific mental health areas, such as anxiety, or perhaps they have an issue that they specifically want to target, like relational stress. Regardless, it takes courage to pursue healing and it takes commitment to persevere through.
